The most frequent support issue is the “perceived” problem that The CyberAngel® Security Software is prohibiting USB and COM port use. In nearly all instances this is caused by violating The CyberAngel® Secure Authentication. Upon proper password entry, your computer will operate normally. Upon violation of that password entry, the USB and COM Ports will be locked from that “unauthorized user”, and access to dial-up connections, signature tablets, PDA Sync Managers and USB thumb-drives will be denied. If the password violation is accidental, simply re-boot your computer and properly enter your The CyberAngel® Security Password.
